We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the box. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. Please note that any house items cannot be sent internationally as they may be damaged.


Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbor or specific place unfortunately Preve can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.

  • When trying on footwear, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box.

  • Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with the seals of any packaging still intact.

  • Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals attached and in unopened and undamaged product packaging, where applicable.

  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled.

  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.


We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned within 21 days from receipt. The item(s) must be new / unworn and fully labelled with Preve swing tags.Please make sure to retain your proof of postage. A certificate of posting is free of charge. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit if the certificate cannot be produced.

We aim to process all refunds within 10-12 working days from receipt. However during busy times i.e. the Sale, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.

All purchases are final in the ‘Clearance Sale’. 

The additional discount is substantial and we are not offering refunds. However, we are happy to 

exchange or issue a credit note if goods are unsuitable.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur.


Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of dispatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase, you specifically authorize Preve to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorization. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorization by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorization for any reason, Preve cannot be held liable for any delay in dispatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

International orders are charged in GBP pound sterling. The prevailing exchange rate of the day is charged /converted by the respective credit card company used.


You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.


Media codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and media codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free p&p, discount offers, products reduced in price, gift vouchers, sample sale or seasonal sale.


Preve cannot accept any liability for lost or stolen goods where specific instructions have been stated by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.


During the Sales and Clearance Sales, stock levels are very low. We update the web site throughout the day but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card. MAILING LIST We would like to keep you informed with regards to new products, special offers, the launch of the sales etc. If you prefer not to receive this information, please send an email to or let us know when ordering over the phone.


Preve's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Preve to the customer. Preve shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Preve cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
